About the Author

Die Autorin: Anne Elisabeth Stange studierte von 1994 bis 1996 an der Universität Würzburg und von 1996 bis 1999 an der Universität Göttingen Rechtswissenschaften. Von September 2000 bis September 2001 studierte sie, gefördert durch ein DAAD-Stipendium, am King’s College in London und graduierte zum Master-of-Laws. 2003 promovierte sie an der Universität Göttingen. Seit Dezember 2001 ist sie Rechtsreferendarin im OLG-Bezirk Schleswig.
