Providing enough space for swimming and exploring becuase these fish can eventualy reach a maximum size of about 9 inches. For success, incorporate live rock structures and open areas to mimick their natural reef habitat in an aquarium setting. These fish are almost always on the move. Therefore, good water flow and higher oxygen concentrations along with an efficient filtration system are crucial for maintaining optimal water quality for success with the Atlantic Blue Tang.

Water Parameters: Maintain stable water conditions with a temperature ranging from 72-78°F (22-26°C), a pH level between 8.1 and 8.4, and a specific gravity of 1.020 to 1.025. Diet: The Atlantic Blue Tang is primarily herbivorous and requires a diet rich in algae.
