About this property

This is our former men's farm, which was built around 1930. The house was recently renovated, is equipped with every comfort and can accommodate 8 people with 4 bedrooms. A cot and high chair are available. On the ground floor are the kitchen, dining room, TV room (Canal Digital) and fireplace room. The property is on a plot of more than 2,000 m2.
Enjoy the peace in the orchard and in the nature in the area or an active holiday. Everything is possible.
In summer and autumn, the orchard supplies cherries, plums, apples and pears, and the garden borders on a small running stream. A nice place for children to play.
The house is 10 minutes from the Diemelsee. There are many activities to do in the area, such as: summer tobogganing, climbing forest, ice rink, karting, bowling, cinema, lagoon pool.
You can also walk on the many hiking trails and mountain bikes. Korbach, Brilon and Waldeck Castle are easily accessible.
In winter there is a lot of sledges in the garden.
Willingen with its wonderful slopes can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Fijn huis met grandioze tuin

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie huis! Echt van alle gemakken voorzien, het huis is nog completer dan dat de advertentie aangeeft. Genoten van de mooie grote tuin en leuk vermaak in de schuur waar je bijv kan darten en tafeltennissen. Heerlijke tuinstoelen om in te zitten, we gaan ze zelf ook aanschaffen. Het huis ligt centraal om allerlei leuke dingen te ondernemen in de omgeving.

Geweldig huis!!

We hebben een geweldige week in dit mooie huis gehad! Alles was schoon, alle spullen aanwezig, mooie badkamer, grote slaapkamers, heerlijke bedden, ontzettende leuke schuur met pooltafel en bar en het is een geweldige uitvalsbasis om leuke activiteiten te doen. De tuin is ook prachtig en je hebt vanuit de tuin een heel mooi uitzicht. De hangmat was favoriet en ook de open haarden zijn veelvuldig gebruikt! Ik geef het huis een dikke 10!!

Leuke woning voor een weekje wintersport

De woning is lekker ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Voor kinderen is er allerlei speelgoed en in de schuur zelfs een tafeltennistafel, een pooltafel en dartbord. Eimelrod is een rustig dorpje, op 20 minuten van het skigebied Willingen. De omgeving is ook erg mooi en je kunt er goed wandelen.

Urlaub im Sauerland mit der Familie(Eimelrod)

Wir waren im Juli 2022 mit 4Erwachsenen,4Kinder und einem Hund in dem wunderschönen Haus von Kirsty und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus bietet genug Platz um sich richtig zu erholen und sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen.Der Garten ist zum toben für die Kinder perfekt.Der Kontakt mit Kirsty war vorbildlich und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.Auch wenn das Haus etwas älter ist ,wurde es toll renoviert und man hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr.Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, so das man zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto überall hinkommt um was zu erleben! Vielen Dank an Kirsty und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Viel Platz, wunderschön

Es war ein wundervolles Haus mit viel Platz! Sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten! Wir sind mit vier Erwachsenen, drei Kindern und drei Hunden angereist und jeder hatte die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen und zu entspannen! Eine Rewe war im nächsten Ort (Usseln) schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen! In Willingen haben wir den Tierpark sehr gut gefunden, auch wenn wir anfangs über die Preise geschockt waren! Aber die vielen kostenlosen Fahrgeschäfte und die Tiere haben die Kinderaugen leuchten lassen. Die Sommerrodelbahn war nur ein kurzen Ausflug wert! Im Bikepark waren wir zwei mal und haben die leeren Abfahrten genossen! Im Ort Eimelrod kann man sehr schön spazieren und zwei größere sehr schöne Spielplätze entdecken! Ein kleiner Spielplatz ist an der Gastronomie direkt gegenüber! Die sehr zu empfehlen ist! Auch für Vegetarier gibt es eine große Auswahl und sehr lecker! Der Kontakt zu den Hausherren war sehr gut, freundlich und unkompliziert! Der Wirt der Gastronomie war unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort, sehr freundlich und immer sofort zur Stelle! Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub an einem wundervollen Ort!
