How do I modify the mailing address?

Change the customer's permanent mailing address.

 

Changing the customer's permanent mailing address

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Customers > Enter Final Bills.

2. Click Modify Mailing Address.

 

 

The Modify Mailing Address form displays.

3. Use the left side of the form to fill in the customer's new mailing address.

 

 

4. Click OK.

The customer's mailing address is updated.

 

Changing the default settings to ask for a new address

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Customers > Enter Final Bills.

2. Click Options (F12).

The Final Bill Options form displays.

3. Click to select the checkbox titled Prompt to Modify the Mailing Address.

 

 

4. Click OK.

When you enter a final bill, you'll be prompted to update the customer's mailing address.
