Chelsea forward Raheem Sterling is one of six players in the running to be named Premier League Player of the Month for November.

The nomination caps a fine month for Sterling, who contributed a goal or assist in each one of his four Premier League appearances.

In the top flight, Sterling teed up our all-important second goal – scored by Nicolas Jackson – in the 4-1 win at Tottenham.

The England international followed that decisive display by finding the net himself in the incredible 4-4 draw with Manchester City. Sterling also struck a fine free-kick in our previous outing against Newcastle United.

The 28-year-old also struck in our only other fixture during November: the 2-0 Carabao Cup win over Blackburn Rovers. That meant Sterling ended the month with three goals and one assist in four games.

The Blues forward is one of six players nominated for the Premier League November Player of the Month award. Jeremy Doku (Manchester City), Anthony Gordon (Newcastle United), Thomas Kaminski (Luton Town), Harry Maguire (Manchester United) and Marcus Tavernier (Bournemouth) are also in contention.

The winner will be decided by the public and you can cast your vote for Raheem here until midday on Monday 4 December.

The award's recipient will be revealed at 11am on Friday 8 December.
