Description: 1974 Guild D-40 dreadnought acoustic guitar made in Westerly, RI. The label inside the body lists the model as M450. This appears to be a factory error & should actually read D-40.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition for a nearly 40-year old guitar! Some minor nicks & dings along with surface scratches, but very clean overall.
Neck: Mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Chrome, sealed tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 5/8" scale length.
Body: Double bound dreadnought body with solid spruce top & solid mahogany back & sides. Rosewood bridge; tortoise-style pickguard & multi-ring rosette.
Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included.
