Tim Schaum

Tim Schaum is a partner in Daspin & Aument’s litigation department who concentrates his practice on commercial litigation matters. He represents clients in numerous commercial litigation matters, ranging from breach of contract disputes and price-fixing allegations to intellectual property disputes.

Mr. Schaum has represented clients in both bench and jury trials on complex civil litigation matters. He also has represented clients in a number of appellate matters and has argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before joining Daspin & Aument, Mr. Schaum served as a litigation associate for a large, international law firm based in Chicago.
