I placed an order by mistake and within minutes canceled the order. The seller ignored the cancellation request and shipped the item anyway forcing the request to be canceled. When I reached out to them they said (conveniently) that they had not seen it - despite the fact that it took them 3 days to ship the item. They then told me to just return the item when I received it. Well I've now received the item and have submitted the return request which is also being ignored, along with my messages.
