The shrimp came in very fast with only one casualty when I opened them, the only issue I had was they didn’t add a heat pack since it was pretty cold here, I slowly heated up the water they were in over the course of the day and added water from my tank to them until it was safe to add them to my tank and have had a few die since then. I had also hoped to have had a few other colors than just red,orange,blue and a couple of clear ones, I got the same colors from a different seller.

Shrimp arrived in great condition and packaging with only one on its way out (almost DOA). I do wish there'd been a little more variety, white shrimp are.. kind of boring and I ended up with 4 of them, but they look healthy and the roll of the dice is part of the enticement to this product. This seller is the best to deal with !!! The fish arrived healthy and almost identical to the picture. I am very pleased with the purchase and will look here first for any future purchases !!! They were shipped very professionally. Each fish was bagged separately inside a styrofoam box with a heat pack. They are still coloring up and already look great. Messages were answered quickly and they were a pleasure to deal with !!!

I never received my package. This was not the sellers fault. It arrived in my town but UPS just never delivered it. I told the seller about it and he refunded me the total amount paid. They didn't have to do that because they did everything that was expected from them. Excellent communication and customer service. Very honest seller and I highly recommend them.
