    A Fun Hidden Gem

It's a very cute and charming game. Has a unique story and setting that for its time really makes the game have its own world and personal identity. Even in today's standards it's a really interesting game. Controls are solid, gameplay is pretty straightforward and simple, graphics look nice, the music is also good and fitting for its type of setting, and its story gets surprisingly kind of deep and dark for a children aimed game. All and all, it's a good fun time, and an underrated title I feel deserves more attention. If you're collecting these kinds of games, this can definitely be worth looking into.

  • Charming, quirky, and unique puzzle platformer.

Concept: In Chibi-Robo you will control a tiny robot who brings happiness to the troubled Sanderson family and the various other eccentric occupants of their household (toys, animals, etc.). Graphics: The graphics have aged relatively well for a GC era game. The character models are a bit low poly but the cartoonish character design has aged better than many more "realistic" styles from the time. Sound: As Chibi-Robo walks, cleans, and climbs music notes are played to accompany him. These provide the melody for the background music. This gives the game a very cute and unique touch. Dialogue/Characters/Story: The dialogue is sharp, witty, and will frequently earn a laugh or giggle. The game has an excellent English language localization. This game has a large cast of eccentric loveable ...

  • Chibi-Robo is my Favorite GCN Game

Hands down, one of the funnest games I have ever played. Bought it about a year ago at a local store for a reasonable amount for this game, and I have been hooked on it since. I had previously played the 3DS game Photo Finder, and found it ok, but this is a way different type of game. You go around this house solving problems for the family living there, while doing other things (putting it lightly with no spoilers.) 100% great purchase. I really recommend this game, it got me hooked way more then any other GameCube game I have played.

  • Chibi Robo Hapoiness

Love this game! Enough puzzles ect. to keep you entertained for hours. How can you not love this little Robot. I am amazed at how much some Game Cube games are now. Getting harder to find.

  • Good, not great, but a lot of fun

I'm a 24 year old gamer who spends a lot of time trying different games--I play everything from Halo 2 to Football to Donkey Konga to Nintendogs, so I have a pretty open mind when it comes to games. I expected a little more from Chibi Robo, though it's still a fun game that offers a lot of variety. There isn't really a linear storyline, and in some ways your chores can become repetitive, but no one ever MAKES you do them so you can always explore the house instead. The graphics are pretty good, the soundtrack is decent but odd, and the play control is better than average. Younger gamers could definitely get the hang of this game quickly, and experienced gamers will find that the game works for them, too. My only complaint is that it moves too slowly--the dialogue crawls at a snail's ...
