To my knowledge there has never been a hardcover edition of this publication, so the description didn't cause me any concern. I tell anyone learning to crochet to try to obtain a copy of this very book. In my opinion it is still the most comprehensive, best illustrated, and easiest to understand reference aid for learning this new skill.

Very important historical document.
This is a very important historical document. Klemperer wrote an extensive diary with very revealing notes under danger for his life. Details are breathtaking and shocking.
