Great quality, even got an extra due to only one of the two extras passing. Only thing I would change is the box logo to say live fish. The UPS driver threw my box down as I was walking out to get it and that possibly could’ve been prevented. Shame on the delivery driver. Overall pleased with my purchase

We have ordered a lot of livestocks on Ebay and we have to say that Koi Kompanion is just one of the best stores we have bought from. The heatpack, styrofoam, insulation are all very well placed with great care. Communication was a breeze as the team always respond to our request. The price and fish selection is also very nice. There was some DOA from our order of the Platies due to long travelling distance from FL to here, but the team resolved immediately. Please consider the Koi Komp team!!!

Excellent communication with seller. All fish arrived alive and healthy and once acclimated are all doing wonderfully in my tank. Packaging was great, even had a little heat pack to combat against the cold weather. Seller even sent a 6th fish even tho I ordered 5 which was a nice surprise! Will buy from again, thank you!
