We have ordered a lot of livestocks on Ebay and we have to say that Koi Kompanion is just one of the best stores we have bought from. The heatpack, styrofoam, insulation are all very well placed with great care. Communication was a breeze as the team always respond to our request. The price and fish selection is also very nice. There was some DOA from our order of the Platies due to long travelling distance from FL to here, but the team resolved immediately. Please consider the Koi Komp team!!!

Excellent communication with seller. All fish arrived alive and healthy and once acclimated are all doing wonderfully in my tank.
