For orders up to €150, EU buyers pay VAT at the point of sale. The rate of VAT will depend on the VAT rate of the EU country you are buying from. Prices shown in my shop listings will include an estimate of the VAT. The final amount of VAT will be calculated when you checkout.
For orders over €150, EU buyers will pay VAT, import duties and postal service administration costs upon delivery. This will need to be paid before your order is delivered by your local postal service. The exact amount due will depend on the value of the goods you have ordered, the VAT rate and the import tariff of the EU country you live in. Please be aware of these charges before ordering. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Where do I start?!
• Pages can easily be removed, added or the page order changed - check out the video (in the product photos) to see how easy it is to do this!
• The larger the discs, the more pages the notebook or planner can hold
• The planners/notebooks are refillable

Each listing details the size of the discs for that particular notebook. In almost all notebooks, the discs will hold approximately 50 sheets of paper.

If you would like to upgrade to larger discs (which would enable you to have more paper in your notebook) please message me before you order.

You can choose from a range of options:

- Lined
- Plain
- 1/2 Lined and 1/2 Plain
- Dot Grid

All of the above include 50 sheets of 120gsm 32lb FSC certified premium paper.

If you would like a different combination of paper or you would prefer to upgrade your notebook to contain planner inserts instead, please message me before you order.

Yes! Assembly is included in the price and your new notebook will be wrapped in tissue paper at no extra cost.

Your notebook includes polypropylene outer covers, card inner covers, discs and the paper of your choice!

If you order additional paper or planner inserts these will be packaged separately, alongside your notebook, for you to insert yourself exactly where you would like them!

Yes! Every notebook is wrapped in tissue paper, but if you would like your order gift wrapped there is an option to add this onto your order when you pay, for a small additional cost.

I can then directly send this to the recipient - just make sure you have either updated the delivery address, or send me a message with the recipient's address.

In the UK, orders are sent by Second Class Post. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days of dispatch. When you order, you have an option to upgrade to First Class Post (for a small additional charge). Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

For orders being sent outside of the UK, orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Post. This can take anything from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination country. Orders may also be delayed due to customs checks.

Please bear in mind once parcels have been dispatched I have no control over delivery times. However, I always endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 working days.

When people order multiple packs of paper, it becomes more expensive for me to ship!

However, I always refund any shipping excess that has been paid, once I have calculated the exact cost of the postage and packing.

Or alternatively, I am more than happy to create a custom order if you message me and let me know which items you would like to buy and which country you live in. I can then calculate an accurate shipping cost before you pay.
