SHIPPING POLICY:
Our cacti and succulents will be shipped BAREROOT to ensure root health.

***Winter shipping:
We recommend adding a 72hr heat pack to your order with an upgrade to USPS priority shipping if your region is experiencing freezing weather. The heat pack with shipping upgrade is bundled and available under shop session “Accessory”.

We can replace or issue a refund if your plant still suffers from cold damage with heat pack shipping. But we cannot be responsible for such damage without heat pack under freezing conditions. However, we will discuss with you for a delay shipping if avoiding freezing days is necessary.

We will pack carefully and ship cacti and succulents bare roots. You will see healthy roots and package weight is minimal. A care instruction will be in your package and your Etsy receipt. Please follow those instructions and use the Botanical IDs on the receipt for your plants.
