These are the same notes from Junoon Rose which is described as being very cherry blossom forward. Both made by Al Haramain. Are they the same juice just marketed differently? AT least there's rose in this so Junoon Rose is better named but It should be called Opulent Blossom or Junoon Blossom from what I gather.

Im ashamed to say that I bought this blind, solely for the presentation haha. Its a damn good one. One of the best looking bottles in my collection. When I tried it on I was not disappointed in the least bit. I don't own Tuscan leather or Black Saffron so I can't speak as to whether or not its a clone. However it does evoke soft leather, powder, almond and florals. This is Unisex leaning feminine but it will work for both. I like wearing it in the office. I get compliments often. This is an all year round scent in my opinion. Maybe not so much for those 90 plus degree days. Can't beat the price either. I would consider this Niche quality. I get a minimum of 8 hours where im still catching whiffs here and there letting me know that the fragrance is still working for me.
Main Accords:
powdery: Yes it makes fragrance soft around the edges
almond: Oh Yes. It works well with the powder and floral notes as well.
floral: Yes The rose is there but its the Cherry Blossom that is the star of the show here. Blended perfectly with the suede note.
fruity: Maybe sure. Bergamot is listed and its there but not the star of the show. Don't look for the raspberry note that is supposed to be in Tom Ford either. There isn't any of that here.
leather: Front and center.
amber: Yes its there in the base and dry down.
vanilla: Its faint. In the background. Not running things.
musky: Yes It does have musk and some may not like it. My wife at first blast thought it smelled like old lady. That's because of this note. Let it breath for more than 30 sec and all the notes including the Musk will settle into place.
fresh: Yes the floral and powders push this regard.
rose: Sure but its the Cherry Blossom that really steals the show. There was a candle company long ago that was called Mrs Bakers candle company. They made the best smelling candle that I have put my nose to called "Cherry Blossom" I have never smelled anything that photorealistic before or since, but this fragrance gets really close. Your results may vary.

Es un perfume que aunque sea unisex por el olor a cuero, sus notas florales, me atrevo a decir que tiene tuberosa o nardo lo inclina más hacia lo femenino. Es un buen aroma y tiene buena longevidad.

It's a nice scent, but I'm sad that it didn't actually contain saffron. I wonder how different it would be if there was saffron.

@ Lamark Fragrantica is correct. The notes match exactly what's listed on the Al Haramain website.

How do people pick up cherry blossom, amaretto, etc. if this is wrong list? Its exactly the same list from Amouage Blossom Love
Actual notes:
Top note:

Middle note:
Saffron, Sandalwood
Base note:

Heavy suede and powder, not much else. It's ok but nothing special sadly. Good projection and longevity though.

Smells to me more like Black Saffron than Tuscan Leather. Wonderful scent.

Beautiful unisex soft airy fruity floral powdery suede perfume. Quality is very high, does not smell synthetic, does not offend people. Moderate projection but great silage. Long lasting. Can be worn in winter, fall and spring.

Performance beast. The scent is very likable but if you like a fragrance that is more masculine, this isn’t for you. The scents I pick up on most are the raspberry and floral notes.

Opulent Saffron is a good copy of Tom Ford's Tuscan Leather in an interesting bottle.
The scent opens with a somewhat obligatory feeling citrus note that is tempered by yellow florals. Then there is a cherry note in this fragrance which interacts with the amaretto to create an unexpected warmth. These opening notes are precisely the part of Tuscan Leather I don't really like. Here, because they are less realistic and more fleeting, letting the citrus become more clear to my nose, I actually prefer this opening to that of TL. From this point onward, there are powdery florals and a soft amber suede. Both phases are nice, but not as good as TL. There is good longevity and projection. The presentation is interesting, if far from elegant with a fuzzy, fake suede in yellow covering most of the bottle top.
So it is a not quite as good copy of Tuscan Leather. Why buy it? Price. This stuff is available for between $45-55/bottle, or about 20% of the cost of TL. So if you like TL and are inclined to overlook a minor reduction in quality to save hundreds of dollars, go for it. I got mine as a gift and am not a big TL fan, so I am fine with Opulent Saffron for occasional fall & winter evening use.
Oh, and about the "saffron" in the name, it must be a reference to the color of the fuzzy stuff on the bottle, because there is absolutely no saffron discernable in the fragrance.

Opens just like Tuscan Leather, you get the leather and raspberry, and then turns into a completely different direction. Dries down with a lot of florals, but performance is very very good. I keep getting whiffs here and there and it's actually really nice. Not that similar to TL in the drydown but fantastic by itself. Heavier scent though so more suited for the colder weather.

Al Haramain Opulent Saffron EDP opens with a strong projection of suede and sweet, aromatic, floral, and fruity-like accords. The suede is the most prominent note, clean, dry, soft type of leather. The bergamot is almost unnoticeable; the ylang-ylang contributes with some fruity and floral sweetness but nothing strong; the heliotrope, rose, and cherry blossom are a soft floral touch, from them the heliotrope adds a noticeable almond accord; the powdery notes and the amber work together projecting the fragrance and creating a dry, sweet, resinous, powdery touch. The tonka bean makes the fragrance sweet and aromatic, balancing the suede quite well. The most noticeable opening to dry-down changes are, the bergamot and ylang-ylang are brief opening notes, as the fragrance enters its dry-down, these notes dissipate almost entirely; and, the powdery accord develops towards the dry-down. Once
Al Haramain Opulent Saffron has reached its full dry-down, it can be summarized as a moderate projection, sweet (tonka), suede, almond (heliotrope) and amber fragrance with very soft floral accords. The fragrance feels dry, elegant, exotic, expensive, exquisite, formal, high-quality, inviting, leathery, mature, mild, modern, nicely-blended, playful, powdery, resinous, refined, special, sweet, unisex, versatile, and very pleasant.
