Franz Rosenbauch

The brothers Rosenbauch gave the parental Breughelhof at the Ebreichsdorfer station a new name and expanded the large guest house by a gourmet restaurant, which Franz Rosenbauch loaded with colorful and playful creative kitchen, to which Karl Rosenbauch serves great wines. For this, the "Rosenbauch" was awarded with 2 Gault-Millau Hauben, and twice as the winner of the Trophée Gourmet - 2007 and 2009. In addition, Franz Rosenbauch is active as chef for the football national team of Austria.
