This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium On All Items. There Is A 3% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All Sales Final Selling As IS Where Is with No Guarantees or Warrantees Expressed by the Sellers or Their Agents. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment. 

Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed the day of auction. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. We place insurance and signature conformation on all packages, to ensure that you receive your items safely. Additional fee of $7.00 per shipping box will also be added to cover shipping cost. If items are large or 'hard to ship' we may take them to a location for them to professionally packaged. Please call with any questions. Like always Matt Maring Auction Co. LLC, will always try and ship your items at the lowest cost to you the buyer, even if it takes two or three or more boxes to ship your items.

FIREARM SHIPPING: all buyers of firearms will have to contact the auction company within 7 days after the auction with the name and address of a FFL dealer who will be receiving the firearm. If a buyer fails to provide a FFL dealer to the auction company within 7 days they will forfeit the rights to the firearms. There will be a $35 transfer fee, plus all other shipping cost. All firearms are shipped via UPS from Ahlman's Gun Shop in Morristown, MN. The average cost for shipping is $60.00 to $110.00 per firearm plus the transfer fee. All handguns are send 2nd day as required. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. Please contact Matt Maring Auction Co. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Maring Auction Co. LLC, may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Maring Auction Co. LLC, be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is where is and that they may not return any item(s) they purchase. Maring Auction Co. LLC, is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Maring Auction Co. LLC, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
