Dr. Hoffart chose Rocklin because it was close to his hometown of Loomis, CA. He wanted to be able to help his family and friends, and over thirty years later, it’s still great to see patients in our office that Dr. Hoffart has known since 2nd grade!
As a fixture in the community, we have always sought to create long-term relationships with our patients. We aim to establish deep roots in the community and continue to be a trusted resource for outstanding chiropractic care.
