The bender works good as expected from a Klein tool. The markings are easy to read and it produces tight and neat bends without any wrinkles or kinks. The handy reference on the handles is nice for when the numbers slip your mind. All in all a great bender. My only complaint is that I couldn't get the cast iron version locally when I got this aluminum one. Also a rubber boot for the handle when bending off the ground would be nice.

I bought this and started bending my 90’s and noticed everytime i wasnt getting the right measurements like i should have. I had several other experienced people try it as well and they said the same thing its not accurate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bender if you take care of this bender it will last a life time, great build quality, accurate i use this paired with the klein digital level and when the level reads 30 or 45 degrees the bender etchings match up perfectly. It comes with a durable head with the deductions for the 90 degree bend on it as well the most common degree marks including 10,22.5,30,45, center bend, back of 90 and start arrow. I have used several benders in my time at the company I work for these are the easiest to use and do not kink pipes unlike some of the competitors that seem to have pinch points. These benders are so good i got one in 1/2 and 3/4 for my jobs as well i would highly recommend these to anyone who bends pipe or wants to learn to do so.

Klein Tools 3/4 in. Aluminum Conduit Bender This is a very well made and well thought out tool. The overall length of the tool is 38 1/2” long and the base is about 11” long and 2 1/2” at its widest spot. The markings are very easy to read. The zip guide sticker on the handle is loaded with helpful information. This item can bend 3/4” emt, 1/2” ridgid and 1/2” imc. The plastic stop insert (part# 51612) is a great idea and really helps as a positive stop for quick and easy bending. It has little ears on the bottom of it that position it into the groove of the bender for quick setups. I love the quality of Klein tools and I highly recommend this item.

For years I have used Klein Tools and have always been quite happy with the quality. After some time spent with this Klein Tools 3/4 inch Aluminum Conduit Bender w/ Angle Setter (part# 51607). What is Angle Setter? Angle Setter (part#51612) in a nutshell is a stop or a brake designed to stop your bends at predetermined degree of bend. Initially, the thought crossed my mind this being a bit of a gimmick but, it definitely WORKS. Furthermore, I like the protruding & easy reading tick marks. Very easy to read and align with your conduit. The extra large shoe works great with my bulky steel-toe boots. A cheat sheet decal located on the handle is a nice touch & much appreciated. One tip for those who care to keep the cheat sheet intact and/or legible for years to come, I find, is to simply wrap the cheat sheet with a good quality clear box shipping tape. Two thumbs up Klein!

Bender is fine for everything besides 90 degree bends. No matter what you do, the 90s get squared off and do not match other pipes. If this doesn’t bother you then the bender is a great value. Not sure if the shoe I got was bad or what but I will be returning. I have attached a picture describing what I mean. The top pipe is bent with an ideal shoe and the bottom is with this one.

Klein has once again made another quality emt bender for the professional and Diyer. The blender feel light weight and has all the standard degree bends. I like the interior markings that will help you find you bend size. The products came with a chart graph to help the diyer determine bend and lost on bend. Overall great product for that electrical big project.

Klein 3/4 inch bender is made with a cast aluminum head and easy to read . the supplied bright orange steel threaded handle is designed with a enlarged base . the base of handle is design to insert your 3/4 conduit into if you should need to tweak your bend just a little bit. this Kline bender also comes with a bright orange plastic trade marked angle setter that sits in the benders shoe. so you don't over bend your conduit. the handle has a guide for bending offsets on it . the handle is about 35.5 inch long from the top of the bender head . the handle is threaded 3/4 EMT steel that screws into the bender head. it can replaced if needed . the bender head is metric and standard angle marks

This is a really nice tool and a lot of features to make the work this tool does come out nice, efficient, and as compact as possible. It has a good amount of leverage to help bend the conduit, and has a smooth die to roll it in. It also has reference marks to use as guides and it has a clip to attach on the die to stop you when you reach the degree your trying to achieve. Another thing that is pretty handy about this is the quick reference sticker on the handle so you know where to start your bend with the degree figured.

Took to work today to try out how well it bends 3/4" EMT conduit. MY first bend was on a short 5' piece made 4 30 deg. bends to go over a obstruction using the angle setter. This was just a test so I did not measure it I just bent it to shape. The angle setter worked like a champ. As you can see in the picture. Then I made another short 90 deg. bend on another short 5' piece. again not a problem. This bender works great easy to read and strong enough to handle the bends easily. I laid them on the work bench to check the 90 deg. and put the piece next to it to show how well it bends with no kinks nice and clean bends every time. Again this is well made very easy to read and the handle is the perfect size.

The Klein tools 3/4" aluminum conduit bender is a must have for any electrician. The bender is very well engineered and constructed. It features a aluminum head bold casted markings that are easy to see and will never wear off. It also features a very innovative feature called a angle setter. This device helps you align and stay align with the precise angle that you are trying to bend with out it moving. It also features a very nice wide foot pedel for your boots to fit on without sliding off of.

Good tool idea, but poor yield on application. * Great angles callout features but inconsistent in outcomes. * Bending success is great but not feasible for production 2/5 bends yield (not good) scrap potentials. * Just acquired the tool with joy of a solution for my problem and may be there is a learning attached to this process. * Generally does not meet my expectations for now.

Needed a 3/4" EMT bender and I like the way this Klein bender feels, so I ended up getting it. It has the offset calculations on the handle for quick reference, which comes in handy when you're not bending conduit all the time, especially 3/4". All in all it's a great product.
