Illuminaire Institute was founded in 2022 by Professor Karise Hutchinson, when she became frustrated by the gap between mainstream leadership resources and academic literature.

Illuminaire’s mission is to equip leaders with the research and ideas that will bring real and positive transformation at individual leader, organisation and societal levels.

The first edition of our annual leadership magazine launches in March 2024.

Featuring research articles. interviews and stories around the theme of Strong & Healthy Leadership, accompanied by bespoke art & beautiful photography.
