This one is a nice compilation of Body Blows and Body Blows Galactic into one game with all AGA features including CD soundtrack. The gameplay is fluid and there are over 20 characters to choose from. Of course you may complain about the available moves of the characters have but at least they are original. If you are a fan of Body Blows series, this one is a must-play for you.

All the content of the two games, CD musics, AGA GFX... But once again the same problems : bad animation, characters with no charisma, the list of possible moves is ridiculous, clearly a game designed by motivated people but had no knowledge of fighting games. I use to play the two BODY BLOWS games previously but this time I could not decently join. No more for me, BODY BLOWS was fun when I never played any other 16/32 bits fighting game but next I played fighting games on other videogame systems and I saw the light...

HAHA.. The things that really made a great Amiga game back in the day : Lots of sprites, multiple levels of parallax scrolling, minimum disk swapping.

Now here we are in the new millenium spoiled by photo realistic 3D first person shooters in the form of Quake, Unreal Tournament, and Serious Sam.

But playing old Amiga games sends a sense of warmth and nostalgia down your spine, and Body Blows is no exception.

Hey, I used to have plenty of fun with this one. But felt a bit jerky after I've played Mortal Kombat...

Featuring sampled catch phrases when a fight is won such as 'Im sorry about that' and 'Special Technique' as well as great japlish like 'NO PLOBLEM' and a Ninja who enjoys screaming his name whenever possible.

I liked it, nice GFX and decent sound making this my more favourable over the likes of Street Fighter

I still got the original cd, it isn't a special game, dumb gameplay, terrible character design and poor playability, although I played it very much when I bought it

Used to play it on those days on a friend's A600 really excessively. The soundeffects are cool in a very weird way. What's nice about the CD version is the soundtrack, but that's all. I was stunned by the screenshots, but I when I finally ordered it through ebay, I had to realise that the background images wouldn't parallax-scroll. That disappointed me very much.
