Well, it's been an incredibly rewarding career path for me! Here's a glimpse into some of the best aspects of this role: 📌 Continuous Learning - I get to learn intricate details about business processes in various industries. Whether it's procurement in oil & gas or finance in healthcare, there's always a new area to explore. I feel like I'm getting an MBA in how organizations actually operate! 📌 Project Variety - No two projects are ever the same given the breadth of SAP solutions. I've worked on implementations for global enterprises across modules like ECC, S/4HANA and more. There's immense variety in clients, teams, modules and responsibilities. 📌 Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams - We have specialists handling the technical, functional and project management aspects. Being able to collaborate across disciplines and see the big picture is invaluable. The knowledge sharing within the team enables me to gain well-rounded experience. 📍 Client Interaction - Working closely with client teams allows me to develop stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Helping resolve their pain points and seeing their business transform with SAP is incredibly fulfilling. 📌 Ownership and Impact - As a consultant, I get to take complete ownership of my area of the project. My work directly impacts outcomes, so the sense of responsibility keeps me driven. 📌 Career Growth - With every project, I expand my functional knowledge, consulting skills and technology exposure. This sets me up nicely for future leadership roles. The experience must cover all aspects of the project life cycles executed via different methodologies (ASAP, Active methodology, roll out) that includes but not limited to mentioned below. Key Accountabilities Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in clients processes and propose solutions proactively even if the customer does not readily have requirements around those. Industry experience across several industries, including Oil and Gas downstream, upstream or petrochemical business. Determine appropriate learning delivery mode to support learning objectives. Develop implementation and communication plans for proposed learning solutions and interventions. Develop methods and materials to assess learner progress and competence. Engage key stakeholders to understand overall business and performance objectives. Engage stakeholders to gain buy-in ahead of learning solutions and interventions. Engage stakeholders to set overall learning and performance objectives. Identify potential learning technologies and systems to support implementation of learning solutions and interventions.
