A) bin ich seit dem Merger der ehemaligen #Ringier Assets #immoscout, #finanzscout, #autoscout, #anibis und der #TXMarkets Companies #ricardo, #tutti, #carforyou & #homegate nicht mehr CEO der Homegate AG ( findet man auch bei simpelster Recherche innert 30 Sekunden raus) B) habt Ihr den Nutzen des Produktes überhaupt nicht verstanden. Makler freuen sich, dass sie ihre Arbeitszeit den realen Interessen widmen können; Reale Interessenten freuen sich und sind auch gern bereit, 4 Cappuccini dafür zu bezahlen, schneller eine Wohnung zu finden C) freut sich Euer Shareholder, von der Monetarisierung des dadurch entstehenden Mehrwerts zu profitieren Das könnte Euch wiederum zu Gute kommen, indem in die Qualität und die Ausbildung Eures Journalismus investiert wird. What a great digital product ELC is delivering ( just kidding) This month the first price for fail of a digital product goes to a German financial Institut called ELC ( institute name encrypted by Ceasar ROT1) It’s an online financial institution, which claims itself „sustainable & secure banking“ ( whatever it stands for ) If you are a customer since +15years you might run into the situation that you one day need more than 1.000 euro cash. So you order it for delivery at the ELC bank with 2 factor auth + tan + 50euro for delivery. If you not receive the money after some days, you might ask yourself:“where is it?“ I know, just the coolest kids in the digital online world would expect sth artificial like a tracking possibility… But not customers ( or product responsible empowered teams at ELC bank )- because it is so safe. ELC is so safe that you even have not a chance to reach the customer service after 20min in the secure telephone hotline cue. Because they have unexpected amount of work - because they are so save. After a few attempts in a row to reach ELC on phone - you might decide to send them an (insecure) email - because you have a bad feeling to disturb those guys on phone ( and maybe you don’t have time for this ) Now chacka: you’ll get immediately response - from the ELC secured answering bot - helping you to understand that they can’t answer in the normal expected time, because of the high amount of customer questions ( because they are so good, and so secure and so customer oriented I assume on a personal level ) Now after a few more days you might be lucky enough to receive an answer from a human being - which is trained to react like a bot. „Hey customer - whenever you do not receive you cash in time, it’s your duty to inform us immediately and by the way we have asked our partner who delivers the money - and they delivered it to YOU.“ Okay - one has enough time to start the procedure again, and asks - thanks for info, it’s kind enough, but can you help me to understand to whom the money ( parcel) was delivered, so I could find it 😱. Wow - what an unusual and unexpected question for the secure ELC bank. They make clear that they trust the saying of their service provider - ( but not the claims of their 15years+ customer) and that they do not need to have a proof with a signature or smth similar - because all is secure, but the single point of insecurity is the customer, because she argue for not having received the money while in reality it was delivered in the most secure and advanced manner. The thing is - ELC / or it’s provider or anonymous delivers the money in a so secure way - that one does not recognize it. Long story short - after 8 weeks - no cash received ( but deducted save & fast from my account ) Let’s see if the lawsuit will be as much ironic as the secure cash delivery process at ELC Bank turned out ( at least in this individual case) Thanks #dkb for this unexpected, unique customer experience.
