𝙒𝙖𝙨 𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙢 „𝘼𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙣 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙚𝙩“? 𝙒𝙖𝙨 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙝𝙨𝙩 𝘿𝙪 𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧? 𝙐𝙣𝙙: 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙨 𝙙𝙖𝙨 𝙚𝙩𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙪𝙛 𝙙𝙚𝙢 𝙒𝙚𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙚 / 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙕𝙪𝙠𝙪𝙣𝙛𝙩? Parallel zu meinen gewohnten Projekten im Sustainability Umfeld, bin ich aktuell Teil eines Teams der Charité. Wir erforschen agile Teamarbeit in Unternehmen aus Sichtweise von Arbeitsmedizin und Psychologie. Auf diesem Wege konnte sich unser Institut kürzlich auch mit dem großartigen Prof. Dr. Carsten C. Schermuly austauschen. (Folgt ihm! Garantiert solider Content!) Das was er hier postet mag ich unter anderem an meinem Ausflug in die Wissenschaft: Forschung entlarvt Buzzwords. Und hebt vermeintliche Buzzwords in die Liga der relevanten Konstrukte. “Agilität macht innovativ” konnte ich in meinen Vorträgen und Seminaren noch so oft sagen, aber die Rückfrage, ob das wirklich so ist, kann ich erst sicher beantworten, wenn ich es nicht nur mit subjektiver Bubble-Meinung belegen kann. Die genannte Dr. Karen Eilers beschreibt das Agile Mindset übrigens als “Attitude towards 1) learning spirit, 2) collaborative exchange, 3) empowered self-guidance, and 4) customer co-creation.” Wer will das nicht, so ein agiles Mitglied im Team!? Also: drauf auf die Qualifikationsliste! Macht euch agil! Holt euch die agilen #Eichhörnchen ins Team! :)

Danke, München! Euer Statement stärkt alle Exil-Bayern, die sich für ein weltoffenes, faires und fortschrittliches Bild ihrer Heimat einsetzen.

Ich liebe Bayern. In vielen Facetten. Trotzdem: In Berlin muss man sich als Bayer ja hin und wieder mal ein paar Vorurteile anhören. Und mei, was sollad i da no soagn… a biserl was stimmt immer. Und dann dieses Brett. Bayern verbietet Gendern. Schafft Tatsachen im Alleingang. „Typisch“ hör ich meine woken Berliner Leute sagen. Aber das ist nicht meine Bayern-Wahrnehmung. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren erfahren dürfen, wie viele Menschen in meiner Heimat sind, mit denen ich Werte und Interessen teile. Oft habe ich diese Leute im erweiterten Umfeld von Bildung und öffentlichem Sektor gefunden. Mit alten Schulfreunden habe ich besonders letztes Jahr oft gute Diskussionen gehabt. Fast wie früher im Deutschunterricht. (Damals wurde uns übrigens thematisch vor allem die Legalisierung von Cannabis auferlegt. Ironie der Zeit…). Mit Spass, Respekt, und vielen learnings... Werteverständnis sowie kritisches Denken entwickeln und erhalten sich auf gesunde Art und Weise, wenn man Menschen Freiräume zum Denken und Entscheiden lässt. Ob ein Verbot mit Androhung von Konsequenzen im Themenfeld Diversität und Gendergerechtigkeit an dieser Stelle eine richtige Botschaft ist, bezweifle ich. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass die Debatte über Gendern in der Sprache noch einige Jahre den Deutschunterricht begleitet. CSU und Freie Wähler haben aber einen Freiraum genommen, der diese Diskussion sicher erhalten hätte. Der Titel „Verbotspartei“ wird in diesem Kontext sicher noch ein paar Mal neu vergeben werden können. Ich persönlich bin davon überzeugt, dass gendersensible Sprache wenig weh tut, aber unserer Gesellschaft viel beiträgt. Das sehen vermutlich auch die meisten meiner Freundinnen und Freunde, Angebotsempfängerinnen und Angebotsempfänger in Bayern so. #Gendern #Bayern #Södern #Politik  

I rarely do advertising on LinkedIn, but in this case… I at least leave it to AI ;) Running an innovative agency specializing in global sustainability consulting and future proof agile methodologies, I can say: Samuel Tschepe's seminars and research at the Hasso Plattner Institute on AI and Design Thinking are truly inspiring and up to date! His insights into AI's integrated potential resonated with my work on sustainability innovation. I am grateful for his expertise and excited to integrate AI more into our projects. No matter how deep you already are in AI: I can recommend getting in touch with Samuel, if you want to dig deeper in AI in Design Thinking! To be honest, I only little by little integrate AI in workshops and trainings until now, even if using it in own project work. However, you will find some of it in a book chapter which I wrote last year, dealing with sustainable innovation idea generation and evaluation supported by AI chatbots. Related to this, I agree with something Samuel said: “half a year ago is ages in AI development history”. I was not even sure if something on AI-methodologies should even be printed on paper, considering the speed of development. ⏩ What needs to be discussed: a lot! What would be your constraints on using AI in Strategic Design and Human Centred development? Do you have experiences and recommendations? Starting your Day right – at 4 AM. Listening to Australian students, who worked on global sustainability challenges and quickly created pitches to present their ideas on how to tackle them. This was impressive! Thanks Adam Mostogl for the invitation to join as a judge (or as I prefer: Feedbacker) at the Live Pitch Presentations of the illuminate Education Australia Program finals. Thank you for sharing your approach of quality education!
