I had the honor of participating in the EMAC Regional Conference conference, where I had the opportunity to present two research papers. The first paper, co-authored by Gaukhar Chekembayeva, delves into the critical success factors of virtual tours. Our research revealed that narrative quality and visual attractiveness emerge as pivotal drivers of authenticity, subsequently influencing users' intention to engage with virtual tours and their desire to visit real-world museums. The second paper, co-authored by my favorite co-author Christian Garaus ❤️ and Udo Wagner, delves into the intriguing realm of how small rewards can stimulate intrinsic motivation, thereby fostering intention to participate in a crowdsourcing context. I'm very grateful for the valuable feedback we received during the conference, and I'm eagerly anticipating the continuation of our work on these two research projects. #EMACRegional2023 #Research #VirtualTours #Crowdsourcing #IntrinsicMotivation

What a dream-team: Marion, Christian, and legendary Udo (who was one of my first professors 30 years ago). Congrats! 😊
