The unifying force doesn't lie in complex philosophies or values, but in tapping into the fundamental human need for community and connection. Modernity has blessed us with independence, but also cursed us with loneliness. Yet a simple, steady beat manages to transcend that modern loneliness through low-level tribal bonding on the dance floor. It's a fascinating paradox - by stripping away rigorous ideological values, these DJs provide a primal social fabric that binds people together through something as basic as rhythm and movement.
