We need more exchange on the notions of #trying and #failing in #entrepreneurship, business and management. The discussion sometimes becomes strangely one-sided on the sense of "failing is positive because it allows for a great learning experience". While the basic idea is helpful, I know from personal #startup experience that this is not a straight and easy line. Join us on the topic of failing gracefully, which is an important topic in our ESCP Business School programms such as #EMDIEL, our Executive Master Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership.

🌐 Join us for our next free webinar in our series about using entrepreneurial methods to drive innovation and transformation! As we advance in our series, we brace ourselves for the possibility that not every single one of our endeavors will end in success. 🚀 On Monday, April 15, 2024 at 1:30 pm CEST,  Academic Director of the EMDIEL, René Mauer and Capital Magazine “Top 40 under 40” Christoph Seckler will discuss how to fail gracefully. During the 45 minute webinar, the two will explore how to use setbacks as a possibility to learn, readjust strategies, build resilience and put things into perspective. We invite you to discuss with us and are looking forward to having you join! So mark your calendars for Monday, April 15, 2024 at 1:30 pm CEST 👉Link to join the Webinar: https://lnkd.in/dnB55D3c ESCP Business School Alison Masse Michaela Gonzalez #EMDIEL #ESCP #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #Resilience #LearningFromFailure #Webinar #ProfessionalDevelopment
