With full power 💪🏻, knowledge 💡and experience on site at the Sugar Conference in Vienna. ✨...and I am a bit proud. Of my colleagues, of our small booth and of how we rocked it all! Now I'm looking forward to hearing what my colleagues - from all the different countries - will report. And who Nilay Karadağ Daniel Heimbach, Holger Weigand, Marvin Liss, Mirjan Travica, Olivier Gallesio, Bertrand Raimbault, Bernd Weyershausen, Dr. Mischa Baier can't meet them on site in Vienna: First insights also on our website, with lots of knowledge about applications, solutions and, of course, products. And especially for the sugar industry👉🏻 https://lnkd.in/e4zZP82J #KEBO #sugarindustry #specialtychemicals #productionprocess #industrialcleaning #cleaningsolutions #chemicalindustry #sugarmarket
The Congress is opened & Team #KEBO is looking forward to welcoming you on our booth. Live from the ESST-VDZ-Conference in Vienna: Current topics, professional discussions and a lot of exchange is taking place at the 8th pan-European conference for sugar technology. Here are just three of the most challenging issues affecting our industry: Climate change and beet availability and quality, digitization of sugar production and sugar technology, knowledge transfer to new generations. Our colleagues (all at a glance, in front of our booth, left to right) Olivier Gallesio, Sébastien Allaert, Marvin Liss, Bernd Weyershausen Nilay Karadağ Mirjan Travica, Bertrand Raimbault, Dr. Mischa Baier, Holger Weigand, Daniel Heimbach) are right in the middle of the action. All this taking place in the impressive setting of the Vienna Hofburg. We thank the organizers #ESST and #VDZ (and especially the team at Bartens-Verlag /Sugar Industry) and look forward to inspiring days! #sugarindustry #specialtychemicals #productionprocess #industrialcleaning #cleaningsolutions #chemicalindustry

Where wood is chopped, splinters must fall - and where steam systems are used for production, #deposits are created. With a negative effect: deposits prevent optimum heat transfer in production systems and therefore significantly impair their efficiency. Regular, professional cleaning of the system therefore not only increases efficiency, but also reduces maintenance costs, extends the life cycle of the machines and, last but not least, ensures greater operational safety. A distinction is made between deposits such as limescale, rust and organic substances, which occur where deposits (limescale) and oxidation (rust) take place and lead to the corresponding deposits. Oils and greases are also among the undesirable residues. The resulting reduced performance is at least annoying from an economic point of view, but thicker deposits such as boiler scale endanger the entire process: by leading to thermal stresses, as the thermal expansion coefficient of the deposit is significantly lower than that of the metallic material underneath, cracks can occur, which can sometimes be very expensive. #KEBO offer your scale preventers (👉 https://lnkd.in/ePNNbHJ6 ) before it is possibly too late: Our products ensure that scale-forming salts such as calcium salts are stabilized in the respective solution, which makes subsequent cleaning much easier. However, the annoying deposits cannot be completely avoided. This is why cleaners are used which, depending on the product, can be neutral, alkaline or acidic to help remove the residue. Acids play a decisive role in many branches of industry - but caution is advised here: Without the use and protection of inhibitors, the acid will attack the metal surfaces to be cleaned, resulting in "pitting". In our next post, you will find out how such inhibitors work and which measuring method is used to analyze corrosion and develop corresponding products. #Antiscalants #scale #pitting #chemicalindustry #industrialcleaning #cleaningsolutions #chemicalcleaning #antiscalant #watertreatment #corrosionsinhibitor
