1. Industrial water softener resin leakage
When the water softener is running, if the resin appears in the sewer or the product water tank, it means that the resin is leaking, which will result in waste of the resin and unqualified product water.
The common reasons are that the softening center tube is broken, the lower water distributor falls off or ruptured, you can disassemble the jar, take out the center tube and the water distributor for inspection, if you find it be damaged, replace it timely.
If resin leakage occurs during regeneration and be discharged with sewage, may be that the water distributor is broken, the backwash water inlet pressure is too high, etc. After confirming that the water distributor is not damaged, the backwash water flow rate should be appropriately reduced.
2. Industrial water softener resin regeneration
Pay attention to prepare brine in advance before regeneration. Haiyuan default to design the system be equipped with the automatic valve, and resin regeneration be processed once every 6 days. Add 1/3 of industrial salt in the brine tank. When the time comes, the valve will automatically add the water to the brine tank-Dissolve--Suction--Soaking--Backwash--Flush, the time can be regulated manually according to the actual operation situation.
During the regeneration process, should avoid that the pressure in the tank too high, lead to that the brine cannot be sucked in.
Do not interrupt the regeneration, otherwise it is easy to cause air to enter the resin layer and affect the regeneration effect.
3. Industrial water softener installation
The foundation is supposed to be horizontal, and there is a certain gap from the wall, which can be arranged at the corners according to the actual situation; the brine tank should be as close as possible to the softening tank, and the brine pipe should be as short as possible.
The pipe must be flushed before operation, to prevent impurities from blocking the valve body and contaminating the resin, the feed water pipe should be equipped with a pressure gauge.
When the softener is running, flushing water should be discharged, and floor drains should be set nearby; the sewage pipe should not be longer than 6 meters, do not install a shut-off valve, and the outlet should not be higher than the valve body, the fewer elbows then better.
