Rapper Kevin Gates brings his “Only The Generals” tour to the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre in Sterling Heights 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 13, promoters said Monday.
The 30-city tour kicks off Oct. 6 in Portsmouth, Va. and concludes Dec. 16 in Greensboro, N.C. Opening the show at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre will be the BigXthaPlug with host DJ Chose.
The tour announcement comes on the heels of Gate’s previously released single and visual, “Do It Again.”
Gates, 37, a Louisiana native, started the year off with the single and visual “Breakfast” and the re-release of his debut mixtape, “The Luca Brasi Story (A Decade of Brasi)” to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the project.
