The Diamond Sleeper Goby or Maiden Goby, depending on its range, has a whitish to brown body with small orange spots throughout, and blue spots around its face and head.
The Diamond Sleeper Goby will burrow deep down in the substrate and sift through the sand for organisms to feed on. A well-established tank and refugium is recommended and will supply live organisms for the Diamond Seeper Goby to eat. Keep only one per tank unless mated pairs. Can jump out of open aquariums.
This goby is a sand sifter. Its diet should include a variety of live and frozen brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, live worms, and prepared foods for carnivores. Keep well fed.
