The Orange Stripe Randall's Prawn Goby or Randall's Shrimp Goby. It has a white body with thin orange stripes. The erect dorsal fin stands like a piece of coral with a large black eye spot at the base.
This peaceful and hardy goby has a symbiotic relationship with the pistol shrimp, however its survival does not depend on it. Have lots of loose rock with a thick sandy substrate for grazing and shelter. Can be territorial; keep only one in smaller tanks. Can jump out of open tanks.
Its diet should include a variety of live and frozen brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, live worms, and prepared foods for carnivores.
