Greetings Mt. Washington Family,
Friday, October 6th will be an Asynchronous Learning Day for students.
Asynchronous Learning is learning that occurs at home without real-time interaction or instruction by the teacher. Our teachers have prepared online assignments or work packets for students to complete.

READINESS ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES
STUDENTS
Take your device and charger home
Submit all assignments
Return your device and charger to school
Classes with online assignments -
Log into your learning platform to engage in your daily work
FAMILIES
Designate a quiet workspace at home
Limit distractions during the asynchronous days
Check to ensure all assignments have been submitted
Ensure that your learner returns the device to school on the next in-person day. Students will be provided with credit for attendance based upon the completion of assigned work
Classes with online assignments -
Ensure that your learner’s device is working and able to access the internet
