Aztec Label boosts productivity with ABG turret rewinder investment

Finishing specialist AB Graphic International (ABG) has installed two new Vectra ECTR turret rewinders at Aztec Label, the Midlands-based manufacturer of self-adhesive label and tag products.

The investment should boost Aztec’s productivity following increased customer demand.

The turret rewinders are the latest addition to the state-of-the-art setup at Aztec Label.

Having begun manufacturing turret rewinders in 1995, ABG’s entry level ECTR is available in 330mm, 410mm or 510mm web widths, and helps increase production speed and workflow efficiencies.

The Vectra ECTR is also fully upgradable with a wide range of options, including automatic core loading, finished roll closure with print and apply label application, and ABG’s own fleyeVision 100% camera inspection system.
