THE SECOND DIVISION OF THE AMDUAT

As written in its introduction, in the second division of the AmDuat is represented the "setting in Wrns by the Majesty of this God (Ra)" and the "rowing (in the) j3rw-fields in the waters of Ra".
In the second division of the AmDuat "this great God (Ra) assigns plots to the Gods at this region", and "assigns fields to the Gods of the 'Duat', He takes care of Them at this region".
"The name of the Hour of the Night guiding this great God is "the Wise-one Who protects Her Lord"; the name of the gate of this region is "He Who swallows all''. "
(translation from Hornung, "Book of the AmDuat", 48-49)
