Family Owned & Operated

We are the Pfeffers Jake, Erika, Brynley, Casey, and Ivy. I (Erika) run and manage Pfeffer farm and garden. Our farm is in Caledonia, WI. Here we raise beef, vegetables, flowers, honey and eggs. We Raise all of our own hay and feed for our cattle and other animals. All of our calves are born here and so we know exactly the quality of feed and how they are raised to ensure a good meat quality.

Raised With Care

What We Do

Here on our family farms we recycle as much natural and organic fertilizers as possible. We have been using aged manure and compost as fertilizer as well as cover crops to try to maintain good nutrients in our soil. The use of wood chips and mulch has also helped the soil and helps us naturally keep the weeds down. The cover crops we use also are planted to help the bees and other wildlife. We usually try to plant crops that produce a flower like buckwheat or sunflowers just so the bees have a little extra just incase other food sources run out. It also helps the flavor of the honey.
