I practice a person-centered approach where I strive to treat all individuals with respect which promotes autonomy. I provide a respectful, accepting, and empathetic counseling perspective. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families and I have a special interest with working within the framework of holistic wellness.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive training in marriage & family therapy, parenting/co-parenting, trauma, schema-focused therapy, behavioral and substance use disorders. Additionally, I have expertise working with those overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, communication issues, sleeping disorders, low motivation, and poor self-esteem.
