Mystique's Long and (Shape) Shifting List of Lovers
Say what you want about the sometimes-villain, sometimes-X-Men-member Mystique, but you cannot deny that the girl gets down. There have been many Mystique lovers over her nearly 40-year stint in publication. Mystique hook-ups are pretty common, but she's had her share of long-term relationships, too.
Given her near-immortality due to her mutant shapeshifting ability, there are bound to be a great number of Mystique boyfriends and girlfriends. The lady knows how to get her some, so we have toย give her credit for that. Take a look at thisย list of lovers that Mystique has taken to bed over the years.

Wolverine's healing factor and Mystique's shapeshifting ability make both mutants near-immortal, so the two were bound to bump uglies sooner or later. Before the X-Men were even a thing, the two bonded over the fact that they were different from other folks and toyed with the idea of running off together. Too bad that it didn't work out and it lead to a bloody feud between the two that would last for nearly a century.

Azazel
Photo: Marvel ComicsSo while lying low for a while, Mystique took a more human appearance and married a rich baron named Christian Wagner. Sadly, Wagner left Mystique unsatisfied. So she was seduced by the devil... literally. Azazel is an immortal, demon-like mutant that is so old he actually is Satan and Beelzebub from the Bible. Their carnal union would result in another pregnancy for Mystique, giving birth to the mutant hero, Nightcrawler.

Mystique's relationship with Irene Adler, also known as Destiny, is Mystique's longest and arguably most loving relationship. As far back as 1981, X-Men writer Chris Claremont intended both characters to be lovers and even suggested that Mystique would shapeshift into a man in order to impregnate Destiny. The big reveal would be that the two women were Nightcrawler's biological parents.
However, a combination of the Comics Code Authority and Marvel's own policy at the time forbade the outright depiction of homosexual and bisexual relationships. Not to mention the cultural hang-ups regarding transgender people. So instead of two women being Nightcrawler's parents, it was Mystique and Azazel. Remember kids, back in the 1980s, it was okay for a demon to be your dad, but you couldn't have two mommies.
As time moved on, the X-Men books would acknowledge the then-hinted relationship Mystique and Destiny shared.

In Deadpool #27, the Merc with a Mouth talks to a bartender and outs him as Mystique. The two mutants then pull guns on each other. So what is this all about? Revenge? A gunfight to the death?
Nope.
Deadpool just needed Mystique to sign some divorce papers. Because they were married. Yep. Deadpool and Mystique were married. Now, just got divorced. Not annulled. Divorced. Which means the marriage was official and consummated. With sex.
You can try to stop thinking of the horrific image of a grinding pile of Wade Wilson's pockmarked flesh merging with a blue shapeshifter, but I don't think you can.

Mystique and Sabretooth shacked up for a while and got wild, but Mystique ultimately fakes her death in order to leave him. However, their animal lovemaking got Mystique pregnant with Sabretooth's son, and she gives the child up for adoption. That child grows up to become Graydon Creed, the founder of the anti-mutant "Friends of Humanity" organization. No matter what, your family's dysfunction pales in comparison.

In Uncanny X-Men Vol. 3 #24, it was revealed that Charles Xavier married Mystique shortly before his untimely death. Needless to say, at the reading of Xavier's will, the X-Men were floored at this revelation. Many readers were equally shocked at the WTF-ness of it all.

Mystique infiltrates the X-Men ranks once again, only this time posing as a young mutant named "Foxx." Her purpose? To seduce Gambit and ruin his relationship with her adopted daughter, Rogue. Gambit wises up and discovers that Foxx is really Mystique.
However, before Gambit reveals this to the other X-Men, Mystique has a counter-offer. Mystique points out that due to Rogue's mutant abilities, she can't have any skin-to-skin contact without nearly killing a person. If Gambit wants Rogue, Mystique can shapeshift into her. I mean, it wouldn't really be cheating, right?
Emma Frost finds out that Foxx is Mystique and after some negotiations, Mystique remains with the X-Men despite Gambit's protests. Yet we never do know whether or not Gambit took Mystique up on her sex offer. If he didn't, Gambit still kinda sucks.

In Daken: Dark Wolverine, Mystique trades in Logan for the younger model by dating his son. While it's short-lived, the two seem to have a good time while it lasts. After all, robbing the cradle isn't a big deal in the ultra-soap opera drama world of the X-Men.

The two mutants have had an on-again, off-again tryst from X-Men #189-203, X-Men: Manifest Destiny, and Astonishing X-Men #62-65. Sadly, almost all of these ended with poor Iceman getting a gun pointed at his chest by Mystique. It's a tragedy, since it's not every day that Mystique can find a lover that is just as cold as she is.

Baron Christian Wagner
Photo: Marvel ComicsOlder sources give his name as "Count Eric Wagner," but no matter what name he goes by, he'll always be known as "loser." When Mystique tries to settle down, marry, and start a family with Wagner, it seems like his Lil' Baron isn't up to the task. Mystique has a number of affairs, including the one with Azazel that results in Mystique's pregnancy with Nightcrawler.
Suspicious of his wife, Wagner wants a blood test to see if the unborn child is his. Mystique responds by stabbing him to death and burying him. Poor guy.

Senator Ralph Brickman
Photo: Marvel ComicsSomehow, some way, Mystique was able to pose as a senator's wife while juggling her duties in the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants and raising her adoptive daughter, Rogue. Posing as Mallory Brickman, Mystique plays house with Senator Ralph Brickman and the guy doesn't even notice that it's not his real wife. You have to admire Mystique's ability to multi-task.
