Nice Spath!Haven’t given up on this one after 3yrs, and finally showing some promising signs of growth. Original colony was possibly the nicest coral I’ve ever seen.
A. Spathulata
One of my favorite little trios in the tank
RR OP, LRO Buzz Lightyear, BigR WD
Thanks! Spaths love light, and flow. I wish I had a better spot for that one it gets probably 350-400 par. My other spath is in upper 600s and it’s growing really fast but it’s also been it captivity for over 6yrs and has grown out in my previous system.Nice Spath!
I have a few that just took forever to get going.
My Spath is on a magnetic rock on the back wall. Hard to get a clear pic.
It really started growing when I moved it a couple months ago from 220 par on the bottom to 400+ par and high flow.
Starting from a tiny nub. Hoping 3rd times the charm with this one
OG Pearlberry
Actually got this from Raising Reefs his colony looks legit. Aquamarine Jewel is starting to get that nice pearlescent color definitely a nice classicThat one looks legit to me, you'll have to let me know where you sourced. I have what's supposedly ORA, but not 100%, you've seen it. It's a beautiful dinner plate size, but I am content You will find similarities in that Greg Hiller's Aquamarine Jewel. Put it up really high, it gets the pinkish hues in the tips, you'll see... lol
Nice score
I can’t get my sex feast to color up , at most it has been a dull pinkA few Millis around the tank
Shout out to @Perry for this one! Catching my attention more and more each day with that glowing hot pink.
BC SexFeast
This is one has been a bit of a let down, but overall still a nice looking coral.
RRC Rainbow Splice
IMO this one isn’t a Milli but it’ll make the cut here. A little background, this one came from 2gc a few years back off a wild Malaysian colony. Maybe a variation of Millepora or a completely different species but easily one of my top 5 corals in the tank, love this thing.
Hoping the Hellflower kicks into gear soon. It definitely went through some sort of transitional shock, either lighting or nutrient related. This one didn’t skip a beat though and seeing new growth almost daily. My pleasure brother!!!
That piece had a mind of its own, mama is deep saturated pink, almost red, with a metallic hue. You held that firey pink nicely
The Battlegum is probably my favorite though, although that Hellflower is picking up the pace again, the orange is getting super intense, deep red/orange
Could it need more light maybe? I have this one sitting dead center under my T5 fixture and it seems to really like it.I can’t get my sex feast to color up , at most it has been a dull pink
A. Millepora for sure. Maybe ASD milli or JF solar flare for trade name. Looks like it’s happy and doing well!Y'all talking about Acropora in here??
Can anyone help with me with taxonomy or any info on this one? It sat dormant for years and I lost track. It finally decided to start growing. TIA
Trim time? I have had collisions that survived.Collision imminent
Going to let nature run it’s course here. One of my favorite parts of the hobby is watching the frags grow into colonies and intermingleTrim time? I have had collisions that survived.
