Those look like those non-photosynthetic sponge covering type polyps... para ... zoa something..... hold on.... lemme go look. LOL!

Should I leave them turn up.. or roll the rubble back over?.. the picture dont show it.. but some have bright green tips. .some are bright yellow

If they were doing well under the rock, that's perhaps their preferred environment, but you could always turn them over and see how they do. One thing about being under the rock, it's probably easier for them to catch food... believe it or not. I'm not sure if they object to light.

We used to see these frequently in seahorse tanks, but they never seem to do so well and usually ends up dying. I have to be honest and say I don't know too much about them other than that.

I have no idea how long they have been growing..or where they even came from..lol.. tank is almost year old.. but they are cool looking.. going to try to just turn rock half over.. so I can still see them.. been up right for couple weeks now..they never seem to close.. open night an day..
