The Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (BGG) was amended by the Act refining the Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (Gesetz zur Weiterentwicklung des Behindertengleichstellungsrechts).
Section 16 of the BGG saw the incorporation in the Act of a provision establishing an arbitration service to conduct arbitration proceedings.
The procedure it follows and, following the amendment of other ordinances, particulars relating to the arbitration service and arbitration proceedings are regulated in the ordinance governing the arbitration service in line with Section 16 of the BGG.
