    The local government unit of the city of Carcar celebrates its 16th charter anniversary. One of
    the highlighst of the celebration was the Academes’ Night, the showcase of talents from the
    selected educators of Carcar City Division.
    The teachers were busy preparing for the annual showcase of talents. It was an event that
    everyone looked forward to. They have spent weeks of rehearsing , perfecting their moves,
    and getting their costumes just right. The air was buzzing with excitement.
    The lights dimmed and the music started. The teachers emerged from the backstage, dressed
    in beautiful costumes, and brimming with confidence. Their eyes sparkled in the bright stage
    lights, and their smiles were wider than ever. The audience cheered loudly, showing their
    support for their hardworking teachers.
    International icons like Beyonce, Katy Perry, and Madonna were the concept of the repertoire.
    It was a clash of Super Bowl Stars. There were also performances of Birit Queens and Barat
    Queens, Dance -U and All male boy band. The show was graced by Carcar City Schools Division
    Superintendent Dr. Cartesa M. Perico, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Alex A.
    Parane, Mayor Patricio P. Barcenas, and City Officials.
    The audience was in awe of their teacher performers. Seeing their mentors putting on such an
    amazing show left them amazed and proud.
    The performance was a showcase of passion, teamwork and dedication leaving the audience in
    awe and inspiration. The day taught the students and parents to see their teachers as more
    than mere educators but as passionate performers.
