These are our rare home-bred Orange Rili shrimp, specifically culled for the most vibrant coloration and healthiest lines. These shrimp will readily breed once they get used to your tank. We recommend purchasing at least 7 shrimp if you’re interested in having them reproduce, as that will encourage the best mix of males and females.

We keep our shrimp in a variety of tanks, generally with a TDS of about 250-300 and using dechlorinated tap water. pH of around 7, kH of around 5. They will adapt to nearly any tank without issue.

For every 10 shrimp purchased we will include 1 additional shrimp for free in case one doesn’t make it in shipping. We will fully refund the cost of any shrimp that didn’t make it so long as you submit to us an image of the sealed bag with all of the shrimp within clearly visible. We cannot process any refunds if you do not send us a photo.

We ship all of our shrimp with moss and purigen to absorb toxicity in the water, insulated with shredded paper and our insulative bags. We recommend adding a free heat pack at checkout if night time temperatures in your area are below 50 degrees.
