AnEson Gib put on a show yesterday in the ring, especially in the second half of the fight.

There’s no doubt he took control as the rounds went on. And he’s already looking forward to the final.

Immediately after his win, Gib said:“I have all respect for Jarvis. Kenny, Whindersson I’m coming for you. Whoever wins I’ll see you in the final.

“People said I was underestimating him but he’s nothing I didn’t know. I smoked him for five rounds.”

Who wins the Kingpyn men’s final?

AnEson Gib looked mighty impressive in dismissing Jarvis in the chief support bout.

But King Kenny took it to another level in completely dismantling Whindersson in front of a shocked pro-Brazilian crowd in Dublin.

If Kenny boxes like that, he’ll be the favourite. But Gib will be a step up and Kenny has a couple losses on his record.

She just took down Ms Danielka, so lifted her top to the crowd to celebrate.

Lauren Alexis was the centre of attention at Kingpyn in Dublin as she hosted in a see-through dress.

And boxing fans couldn't believe their eyes as the lauded the "best thing Kingpyn has ever done."

But presenter Lauren stole the show for fans in a see through dress.

One said: "Lauren Alexis commentating is the best thing Kingpyn has ever done."

Another agreed: "Literally my exact thoughts."

One gushed: "Lauren Alexis is the best thing to happen in Kingpyn boxing."

Final countdown

It was announced on the DAZN broadcast that we’ll have a date for the finals “within day”.

August 26 in London was the initial plan but that will almost certainly be too soon given the five-week delay in getting this semifinals show on.

DAZN came to the rescue in picking up this show when it looked like it was going to be canceled with Kingpyn reportedly set to go bust.

Hopefully we're all good now for a finals showdown.

Tat's awkward

Whindersson came under fire for some of his antics leading up to the fight, and they look a little silly now.

The Brazilian seemingly got a premature tattoo predicting a boxing win on July 15, 2023.

Well he got thoroughly outboxed and destroyed by Kenny in Dublin on that very date.

The bracket

Our two finals are set. They will likely take place later this year, possibly in London.

Initially a date of August 26 in London was set, but that was before this show was delayed by around five or six weeks.

TV wars

On the subject of KSI, he was a little annoyed that DAZN picked up this Kingpyn event tonight.

DAZN are of course signed up with KSI's Misfits promotion in a multi-year deal.

But they've swooped to add what is seemingly a rival brand in Kingpyn to their programming.

Interesting decision from DAZN. It would've been a shame if this semifinals show didn't go ahead, which looked a real possibility when reports were Kingpyn was on the brink of going bust.

DAZN saved the day and let us see today's show and will most likely show the finals if and when it takes place.

The bout the influencer boxing world is waiting to be signed is KSI vs Tommy Fury.

It's been on the cards since Fury stepped into the ring in London back in May to confront KSI after his win.

Still no official announcement, all we keep hearing is that it's close.

What an event that would be. Either a stadium event in London or a mega-money fight in Saudi Arabia most likely.

The boxing world moves on, both in traditional sporting terms and also this crossover world.

Next week Misfits is back in Tennessee with something called a Survivor Tag match scheduled. I guess we'll find out what that is next weekend.
