I had a claim for money in a mail
I had a claim for money in a mail. The claim was for a tester I have never received. I called Aimee to find out what this was all about. The person who handled my call was polite and attentive, and said that the claim would be withdrawn because of what I explained.
So - I am displeased with the paymentclaim for goods I never received, but on the other hand pleased with the smooth way it was solved.
