DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I am in the middle of a dispute for a refund for a faulty product and quite willingly take them for further legal pursuit.
Their refund policy is 7 days from the receipt of the product but they email respond by delaying the process, suggesting customers to take further actions to send further emails of videos of the product.

RETURN POLICY

They only give you 7 days from delivery to return a product. It's ridiculous. But when I contacted them they sent me an email stating they have a large amount of returns and can not get back to me right away. So it's ok for them to be delayed getting back to the customer but only give the customer a 7 day return policy. What happened to 30 days like most companies offer? They are not customer friendly in my opinion. I do not recommend buying from them.

The WORST company to deal…

This must be the WORST company to deal with ! I have a faulty product and they expect me to pay for the return to USA before they will issue a refund and take and send photos of my packing and postal service.

I bought this BlueBolt charger in good faith and expected it to work! It doesn’t.
I’m left with no alternative other than to accept a meagre 15% partial refund from BlueBolt.

My advice is not to deal with this company unless you are in the USA.

Fantastic service

I cannot recommend ian and the team at blue bolt highly enough! My sons gaming pc went bang! As I’m not in anyway computer savvy I took it into blue bolt- Ian explained exactly what he was going to do, gave me worst case and best case scenario quotes! I explained that my son is autistic and that change isn’t something my son copes well with, they were so understanding- within a week my son had his pc back in his room all fixed at a very reasonable price too! I was given a full breakdown of everything in my invoice!

Don't buy anything

I buy 3 blueboltchargers - home products Made in China from the USA. One of this is demage. It does not load the apple products. The support is only a writing office - its not a real help. They write and write again and she want a cinema for the next Oscar - or what. Dont buy anything -its not EU right. You must pay the return to sender. In slogan she write - its easy to give back. Thats not easy - it is complicated and the result - Don't buy anything from this company. The demage product was without a cover. And if you give back than you must make picture from the product and the cover. IT's a joke!!!
