I placed an order on 21 May 11:00 PM
At 24 MAY DHL it is deliverd . I didn't recieve anything .
Asked all my neighbors none took it instead of me .
No delivary note were left for me .
Customer service says dhl gps tracking say they went your location .
No single details if they give it random neighbore or not I also live very close to the DHL Point so it is 100% were close to my house .

Finally they say I don't have legal right for compensation .
Well I don't care about compensation it was a urgent hand brace for my wrist and I did order from a different supplier and recieve it on time , bad experinice try to avoid them .

They deliver but not on the next day when you order before 23:00 as stated on their website. Also no option to choose a delivery courier, always using DHL.
Products match the description and the prices are friendly.

Very good customer service! Fast delivery to Belgium. You don’t need to worry of having troubles when ordering here.

I ordered a mineral powder which initially arrived open, part of it was spilled out (it bursted due to shaking on the road in car). I wrote them what happened so that next time they pack it better if someone else orders it and I was pleasingly surprised when they decided themselves to send me a new product immediately and didn’t even want me to send them back the previous one.

Drogist has a wide selection of dietary supplements and other products for good prices. They often give discounts. Their support is also very friendly and helpful.

My last shipment got returned because of an error at the delivery company and the support person reshipped the package within 2 days and I got the items delivered the next day in the morning.

I am satisfied with their services and my last order.

Not so happy
I looked for certain hair color and saw a good offer at drogist.nl, unfortunately the link was wrong, so I bought a wrong color (correct product). I asked for replacement. I needed to pay the return myself, the correct color of the same product was unfortunately 2,5times more expensive, no good will offered, so I did not reorder.. well.. unfortunate.. hope the payback comes fast..
