Great service

Vi skulle have to 4m lange massive træ bordplader leveret til kanten i dag (levering fra Johannes Fog). Chaufføren fra Mini Trans var den mest hjælpsomme og rare person nogensinde! He went above and beyond! Thank you so much for the great service!

I feel that I have been totally cheated…

I feel that I have been totally cheated by them.
I had to go from Christianshavn to Amagerbro and the fare started in 236dkk and just for 10 minutes ride I ended up paying 432 dkk the chauffer wasnt requested to help or anything.It is totally insane, it wasnt even weekend or late at night. I will never use their service again, and seriously I recomend that no one does

I dont know how you can feel cheated. The price can be calculated on our website. It comes to 420 dkk. As every transportcompany in Denmark, we operate with an extra oil-charge. We have one of the lowest so it ends up in 432.6 dkk. This a public information. You can have an opinion on the price, but you have not been cheated. Theres a new law in Denmark that requires a lot from our drivers and trucks. Everyone of our trucks has invested time and money in order to follow this law. I am sure you can find a cheaper transport, but we pay our taxes, our certificates and our insurance. All these are expensive, but we do not compromise as other transporters might.
"It only took 10 minutes" Well for every 10 minutes we actually drive for someone, we also have to wait for a job, we have to drive the distance to where the pick-up is. We do not magical appear on your doorstop. The price you paid it absolutely what it should cost. You where not cheated, you just do not appreciate the value of other peoples work.

Furniture damaged, no reply from customer service

I rented one of your vans from Ikea Gentofte on Sunday 5 May. One of my cabinets got damaged during transportation and I wrote to the kundeservice@ email explaining the accident and that I would like to be refunded for this. I emailed twice, but still no response.

Really bad service

Really bad service! I felt cheated all the way through the process. Two young guys were super slow and I really got the feeling that they were dragging time as much as they could. I was promised that I would be able to pay up via pay machine at the end of the service. As time came to pay they told me that their pay machine is out of order and I need to go with them to find ATM to get cache in order to pay. We needed to go to different ATMs around the city as a single ATM could not give all the money at once.
They calculated our driving around into cost that I had to pay. I will never ever use them again and highly discourage anyone who considers this service

Dear Alexander.
There seems to be some misunderstanding in this case. Mini Trans' drivers does not have pay machines in the vehicles. However; you have the possibillity to pay via MobilePay (App) or Dankort (via webservice). Therefore it is a bit strange that the our booker should have promised that you could pay via pay machine, and also that the driver told you that their machine was broken, as they do not have such a macine.
Also, we are unable to find your order, but perhaps we have the spelling wrong (we only have your name to search from).
Are you sure that it was Mini Trans (the orange cars) you ordered ?
Mini Trans always try to improve our service, so we will appreciate that you'll contact us for further information.
