Total crap customer service

Total crap customer service. Not only didn’t I receive the delivery, they have been saying it’s delivered and not refunding anything. Whenever i ring, they say we will get back to you as the person who deals with this not available. Do not trust them or buy anything. Beware of these scammers.

It was a very bad experience with unze…

It was a very bad experience with unze london. They did not send the product I purchased. They sent me another pair of shoes. When we talked about the call, they said that when the sale is over, then your problem will be solved. First, they wasted my time and wasted my money. And their response is also zero

Delivery service require improvement

Order# 2685.
Placed an order on 17/04/2023 to be delivered using express delivery for extra £6.95. Today is 20/04/2023, tracking information showing Royal Mail expecting it but item not with them. Royal Mail spokesperson said, business account can issue tracking number without handing a real item to us. They responded to my query without any solution though for what I would say customer service is ok. This is what happened here. I just shared my real experience here.

brilliant! !!!!!

Have bought several shoes from Unze, and all of been of high quality, comfortable stylish, and so reasonalably priced!! Fast delivery helps when you suddenly have a fashion crisis as well!! I would recomend this sight to anyone, but, I love the exclusivity of wearing shoes that nobody else has!! Thank-you

Quality shoes, great prices

Poor customer service

I’ve had a terrible customer experience frI’m Unze. I returned several shoes due to them being too big and have not received a refund. Even after emailing to chase up several times, I have now just been ignored and think it’s awful service. This doesn’t make me want to shop with Unze again or recommend.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, you will get ignored completely when asking for refund. The are a SCAM. I tried chasing them both on phone and via email and got nothing. Still haven't been refunded or any sort of confirmation. AVOID at all cost. You are better off buying it from somewhere else even if it means paying more.

I am considering reporting them and definitely not going back to them in the future.

Dubious reviews using translator? Perhaps?

I haven't bought a pair of shoes here, I was about to, however just reading the positive reviews it is quite clear to see that a piece of translation software has been used to generate some of those reviews. Who on earth would "command" shoes? Look through the positive reviews and you will see more than one person who has "commanded" shoes. Google translate turns "order" into "Command".
It makes me wonder whether all these people who commanded their shoes and have only placed one review on Trust Pilot are really trust worthy reviews or perhaps they are genuine orders from people who do not speak English. Your call. It looks fishy to me though.

Befooling people by saying that they…

Befooling people by saying that they offer lifetime warranty. Never exchange or refund their faulty items making lame excuses. I bought 2 pair of comfy shoes one of which broke the very first day i wore and the other broke within one month. Neither took the responsibility to repair the shoes nor exchanged. When i call them they said shoes can be replaced within one month after purchase. Then how they can claim that they are offering lifetime warranty? Another condition for replace or refund is that shoes must be unworn and unused. Who the hell idiot will buy shoes to decorate his cupboard? I think their shoes are just decoration piece. Above all I showed them the picture of shoe that broke the first day and was unsed even then they didn't replaced it. Very Very Very bad experience.

we do apologise for your experience and misconception with respect, but please check our website and store adverts, have clearly written Lifetime RETURNS policy not warranty, I don't think there are many if not any shoes companies that provide lifetime warrantees on HAND MADE shoes. brilliant value and beautiful shoes! but online chat people could do with a little more training!

i bought a voucher from groupon for a discount on shoes. i had trouble using the promo code which was eventually sorted but it did take a while as i dont think the person i was talking to understood english very well or if not they just wernt taking enough attention of what i was saying! it eventually got sorted and my shoes are now hopefully on there way! thank you!

Perfect everytime

I came across unze back in 2014 when I was planning my wedding and never stopped using unze London since. I purchase my traditional khussa a few times a years. Products are always as described and delivered on time I highly recommend using unze London you won't be disappointed

Great company to do business with!!

I ordered a pair of Khussa shoes for myself and was a little worried because there was no extra charges for shipping (I live in the US and thought it might cost more) but I shouldn't have worried at all. I received a confirmation email immediately, a second one followed about a day later saying my package was sent and I received my shipment within a couple of days! I received a package from London faster than I get things shipped to me from within the US! If I ever get another pair of these shoes I will definitely order from this store again.

Horribly stupid they​ are

Horribly stupid they​ are. Can't explain in my words how they behave. Making customer fool by telling about their so called 365 days exchange policy where they didn't allow me exchange even after next day. They give me faulty product and when I ask for exchange they put glue on my shoes without asking me. Cheater and rubbish people.

Wish i could give a zero but i cant

Wish i could give a zero but i cant. Awful experience. Still awaiting my refund which was promised two weeks ago. Placed an order for next day delivery paid £5.99 only for nothing to arrive when I did contact them about it i was given the excuse of “its a pandemic and out of stock item” and that id receive my refund by the end if the week which i didn't and still getting same excuse. Its really horrible when people are struggling during this pandemic and you get scammed by people! I just wanted to get my baby shoes for her first Eid!! ALSO after the email confirming order i received nothing regarding cancellation of order etc! Terrible service awful experience. Would not recommend.

After six month only excuses No refund and I lost my money according to rates quality is very poor and lifetime refund policy is only cheating with people and mostly respond is Only ; apologize,

Too much late six month ago I was written my overview after six months Befooling people by saying that they offer lifetime warranty. Never exchange or refund their faulty items making lame excuses. But please check carefully for your self, we have not written lifetime warranty anywhere. Also where companies offer 14 days return policy or 28 days return policy we offer the same but just lifetime which enables customers to take there time specially when they are travelling abroad or are not well enough to come back in time. This is making the customers life a little easier, of course like any company a worn and used item would not be returned unless faulty and within manufacture warranty. So please understand there is always two sides to any story or issue, nevertheless we still apologies and would like to help you resolve the issue if you allow us.

Great Company To Buy From

I've bought footwear and accessories from Unze for a number of years and am always really pleased with the service and products. The website is really easy to navigate, there's always a great selection and the prices are very competitive, especially for the quality. Delivery is quick and there is an easy returns procedure if needed.

Rubbish service

Never got my shoes on time even thou paid for next day delivery , three weeks later still waiting for a pair of shoes, no contact from the seller to advise me with what's happened to the missing shoes. Still charged me for them, cheek!! Crap service never order from there online service again! Rubbish rubbish rubbish..........

Disgraceful Service - Don't shop online

I don't want others to face the same problems I had with shopping at Unze online. I placed an order online and was sent email of its dispatch. On the day it was meant to be delivered, received email stating the item was out of stock and I could either get something else or refund. I asked for a refund and was told it would be processed in 5-7 workings days. It's been 2 months and still No Refund, No apology, won't ever make the mistake of ordering again, I've learnt my lesson.
